The Free State Rangers Announce Gunfight at North Fork The Third Saturday of Each Month The Free State Rangers Monthly Match Start Times Are The Same Year Round!! The only different times would be for Spring Roundup and Border Wars. Mandatory Safety meeting 9:30 A.M. Shooting starts at 10:00 A.M.  Bring your single action pistol (2 if you have them), lever action pistol caliber rifle, and double barrel or exposed hammer pump shotgun to the Free State Rangers range outside Parker Kansas for 6 action packed stages of cowboy action shooting.  The Free State Rangers is a SASS affiliated club and SASS rules will be in effect. The match fees are $5.00 for club members and $10.00 for nonmembers. Ammo requirements are 50-60 rounds of pistol, 50-60 rounds of rifle and 25-30 rounds of shotgun. All projectiles must be lead, no jacketed or washed ammo allowed. Eye protection is required on the line and hearing protection is recommended. Membership dues are $30.00 per year individual, $40.00 per family.  NRA membership is required to join the club, but is not necessary to shoot a match.
